Dijon Apple Sage Pork Tenderloin with Mushroom Marsala Sauce
This is an easy roasted dinner that takes no time to prep! It is a fancy weekend dinner of a cozy weeknight dinner. Comfort food at it's BEST!
(2 tablespoons) Epicure Apple Sage Stuffing Seasoning
3 cloves garlic ( pressed )
1 lb pork tenderloin
2 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup mushrooms ( sliced )
1/4 cup shallots ( finely chopped )
1 1/2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup marsala wine
2 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup cream
1 1/2 teaspoons Epicure Apple Sage Stuffing Seasoning
Preheat oven to 375.
Brush Dijon mustard over entire pork tenderloin.
