This side dish is perfect right now. With veggies SO expensive, zucchini is the perfect pick! It is cheap, takes minutes to prepare and cook PLUS it tastes really great! Perfect for a special dinner!
2 green zucchini, finely diced
salt and pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
salt and pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
In a medium-sized saucepan over medium high heat melt butter, sauté diced zucchini with salt and pepper for 2 to 3 minutes or just until tender crisp.
Remove from heat, add dill weed and serve.
