Chocolate peanut butter , a crunchy bottom and a dusting of fleur de sel. Perfect for a summer snacking.

1 cup peanut butter (or nut free spread)
¼ cup butter
¼ cup light brown sugar
1 ¼ cups powdered sugar
2 cups milk chocolate chips
2 TBSP vegetable shortening
12 Pretzels (amount depends on size)
