Two tablespoons lemon juice
Two tablespoons lime juice
1/3 cup sugar
1-1/2 cups heavy whipping cream ( whipped )
Two tablespoons lemon juice

Drain the pineapple, save and set aside two tablespoons of juice.
Add pineapple, lemon juice, lime juice, sugar and the two tablespoons pineapple juice to the blender.
