DIY Double Decker Tacos

The easiest double decker tacos. Hard shells wrapped in refried beans, cheese, and a soft tortilla.

1 lb. hamburger
1 packet taco seasoning
2, 12 oz. can of refried beans
12 hard shells
12 small flour tortillas
½ yellow onion
Colby jack cheese
Optional taco toppings such as sour cream and salsa

Preheat oven to 350.
Brown hamburger until cooked through. Drain grease.
Add taco seasoning and ½ cup of water. Cook until water is evaporated. Mix in one can of refried beans and remove from heat.
