Double Chocolate Chickpea Brownies! Decadent, chewy brownies made flourless with chickpeas and simple ingredients. These rich, chocolatey flourless brownies are easy to make, but even better to eat! Gluten Free + Low Calorie

3 large eggs ( room temperature )
15 oz chickpeas ( drained )
1/4 cup maple syrup
3 tbsp melted coconut oil
1/2 tsp almond extract ( or vanilla )
1/3 cup cacao powder ( unsweetened )
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp mini chocolate chips ( dairy free )

3 T unsweetened cocoa powder
Pinch salt
3 eggs
1/2 c salted butter
1/2 c light corn syrup
1 t vanilla extract
1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, cornmeal, cocoa and salt. Add eggs, melted butter, corn syrup and vanilla; mix well. Pour into unbaked pie crust.
