1/4 c. creamy peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 package peanut butter chips
1/2 c. chocolate syrup ( like Hershey's )
