A recipe that full of goodness and packed with antioxidants and vitamin C. If you love smoothie you should't miss this dragon fruit smoothie in a bowl. It looks good and at the same time it also tasty and creamy. Ingredients are healthy and plant base. I used coconut milk for the liquid base of this recipe, which is a good alternative for a dairy milk. You could also try almond milk or coconut water for the base.

1 piece banana ( frozen )
1 cup mango ( frozen )
1 cup dragon fruit ( red or pink flesh )
Toppings:
1 piece banana ( sliced )
4 slices white dragon fruit ( cubed )
4 pieces blackberries ( fresh )
3 pieces raspberries ( fresh )
1 tablespoon almond ( sliced )
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
1 teaspoon chia seeds
