1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese - softened
1 jar (4.5 oz.) dried beef
3 green onions, diced
1 1/2 tsp. Accent (monosodium glutamate)
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Rinse and drain dried beef & dice up.
Leave a bit of dried beef separate to roll formed ball in once made.
Mix all remaining ingredients together in a bowl.
Form into a ball, then roll in saved diced dried beef, coating outside.
Refrigerate until served. Better if made a day before serving.
Can easily be doubled.
