This dry spice rub is perfect for beef, chicken and pork, comes together in a snap and would make the perfect gift for the grilling dad in your family this Father\'s Day.

1 tablespoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon ground white pepper
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon ground jalapeno pepper, optional
2 tablespoon chili powder
2 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon ground oregano
2 tablespoons sweet paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon celery salt
1 tablespoon salt
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Store in an air tight container. Use on beef, chicken and pork. Rub on meat and refrigerate at least 2 hours before cooking.
