Dump-and-Bake Chicken Pesto Pasta
There's no need to boil the pasta or pre-cook the chicken! With this Dump-and-Bake Chicken Pesto Pasta, you just stir together the ingredients and let the oven do the rest of the work. It's an easy dinner that comes together with just 10 minutes of prep!
1.5 cups uncooked rotini pasta
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
.5 cup diced fresh mozzarella
1.5 cups low sodium chicken broth
.25 cup prepared pesto sauce
1 t. garlic
.25 t. salt
2 T. grated Parmesan cheese
