2 fresh thyme sprigs
1 fresh rosemary sprig
1/2 cup beef broth
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 T. honey
1 T. sherry or brandy
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 T. dry onion soup mix

1/2 cup beef broth
