1.5 cups long grain white rice
10.5 ounces condensed cream of celery soup
10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup
10 ounces Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 cup onion
1/2 cup green bell pepper
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon Creole or Cajun seasoning
1/2 cup celery
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
12 ounces fully cooked Andouille sausage
1 lb. raw shrimp
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
