1/2 small green bell pepper
1 T chopped onion
2 c cooked rice
1/2 t Worcestershire sauce
1/2 t ground mustard
1/4 t pepper
1/2 lb. raw peeled and deveined shrimp
1/4 c Italian style bread crumbs
1 T melted butter
1 T grated Parmesan cheese
