Skip the tedious prep work and throw all of the raw ingredients into one dish! This Dump-and-Bake Stuffed Bell Peppers Casserole is a deconstructed version of the classic dinnertime favorite — in about 10 minutes!

.5 lb. extra lean ground beef
.5 c. raw long grain white rice
.5 c. diced onion
1 sweet bell pepper
14.5 oz diced tomatoes
2 c. beef broth
8 oz tomato sauce
2 t. minced garlic
1 T soy sauce
1 t. Italian seasoning
.25 t salt
.5 c grated cheddar cheese
