A simple one pot meal, this Dump-and-Bake Swiss Steak is an easy dinner recipe that can be prepared in the oven or in the Crock Pot. With plenty of nourishing beef, vegetables and herbs, the satisfying dish has been a classic family favorite for generations!

1 lb. beef round steak
2 T flour
14.5 oz petite diced tomatoes
1 sweet onion
2 stalks celery
2 medium carrots
8 oz sliced mushrooms
1 sprig fresh rosemary
2 sprigs fresh thyme
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup beef stock or broth
1 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1 t garlic powder
2 t cornstarch
