A homemade Dutch Apple Pie with a fresh flaky crust, granny smith and pink lady apples, and oodles of butter crumb topping.

Pie Crust:
1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter frozen
4-5 tablespoons chilled water
1/2 teaspoon cider vinegar
Crumb Topping:
7 tablespoons butter melted
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup flour
Apple Pie Filling:
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons flour
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 1/2 lbs. granny smith and pink lady apples cored, peeled, and cut in 1/4 inch slices
