3 lb. boneless chuck roast
2 T all purpose flour
1/2 c light brown sugar
1.5 T smoked paprika
1 T kosher salt
2 t chili powder
2 t onion powder
2 t garlic powder
1 t cumin
2 T olive oil
1 T salted butter

1.5 c ketchup
1/3 c apple cider vinegar
2 T Worcestershire sauce
