2 tbsp minced garlic
1 large apple
2 tbsp butter

½ tbsp Dijon mustard

Coat inside of dutch oven with cooking spray
Place ½ the garlic in the bottom of the pot followed by the chicken
Stuff apple inside chicken & sprinkle remaining seasonings on top...
