Earl Grey Blueberry Overnight Oats
This healthy and delicious Earl Grey Blueberry Overnight Oats is a quick and nutritious way to enjoy your oats on a busy morning! This recipe features Pique's Earl Grey tea accented with natural Bergamot essence, cacao and blueberries.
2 pieces dates ( chopped up )
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tbsp cacao nibs
3/4 cup nut milk
1 packet Pique Earl Grey Tea Crystals
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
Add all the ingredients into a mason jar or container in any particular order.
Shake it up and let the mixture sit in the fridge for 6 hours or refrigerate overnight.
