Easy Beef Stroganoff that can be made in less than 30-minutes. A delicious, kid-friendly meal that your entire family will love!

1 pound lean ground beef (you could also use ground turkey)

1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
8 ounces sliced white button mushrooms
