3 tablespoons bacon grease
2 tablespoons flour all-purpose
1 cup beer
1 cup cream
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon
1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce
2 tablespoons chives
