Easy Black Forest Donut with Chocolate Frosting

I love these doughnuts but have to be careful not to eat too many of them, which is not hard. They have a real light and fluffy texture that's sweet and literally melt in your mouth on the first bite.
1/4 cup lukewarm water
1 cup lukewarm milk
3 tablespoons superfine caster sugar
100 grams melted butter
4 1/4 cup plain flour
3 medium eggs
Vegetable oil for deep-frying
1. Put the yeast, the water, the milk along with the 1 tablespoon of sugar into a bowl and then set aside for 10 minutes. The mixture should start to foam, indicating that your yeast is active.
