Yummy, sweet, tart, juicy caramel apple treats \\\'blinged out\\\' with your favorite goodies are so much fun to make with the kids for parties or snacking! Party Time!

5-6 Granny Smith, Gala or Honeycrisp Apples or whatever your favorite is
1 (14 ounce) package individually wrapped caramels, unwrapped
2 Tablespoons milk or heavy cream
Your Choice of Bling:
Mini Reese\'s or M&Ms, Marshmallows, Pecans, Mini Chocolate Chips, Melted Chocolate Swirls, Cookie Crumbs or Pieces, Toffee Bits, Candy Bar Bits, Raisins, Peanuts, Cashews, Skittles, Sprinkles
