2 teaspoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 cup pesto sauce
2 1/2 - 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 - 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 tomato, thinly sliced
1-2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
