Easy Cashew Chicken

Better than take out and super easy! Have dinner on the table in 30 minutes!

1 1/2 pounds chicken breasts
1 egg
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons garlic ( pressed )
2 green onions
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup salted cashews
1 tablespoon sesame seeds ( toasted )

Cut chicken into bite sized chunks and season with salt and pepper.

In a medium bowl, whisk egg then toss chicken in it.
Remove chicken pieces and put in a gallon size plastic bag.
