Easy Chicken and Bean Burritos Freezer Meal

easy dish you can make in advance and freeze for those days you don\'t want to cook

1 lb chicken - cooked and shredded
4 cups of brown rice -cooked until soft
1 T of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 onion (chopped)
1 can of sweet corn
1 can of black beans, rinsed and drained
1 T of Cumin
1/2 cup of Cilantro (optional - we love it so I added 1 cup)
Salt and Pepper to taste
4 cups of brown rice -cooked until soft
1 T of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 onion (chopped)
1 can of sweet corn
