Easy Chicken Parmesan

Chicken Parmesan is one of my family's favorite meals. We especially love to eat it with spaghetti and for lunch the next day – if there are any leftovers. My recipe is really simple and very flavorful. It will take about an hour from start to finish.

2 pounds boneless/skinless chicken breasts
2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
24 fl oz jar of your favorite pasta sauc
2 cups mozzarella cheese (or more)
Oil for frying
