1 tablespoon cayenne pepper , or to taste
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
all-purpose flour for dredging
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup white wine
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons butter, cut in 1/4-inch slices

Between 2 layers of plastic wrap place chicken breasts and pound to about 1/2-inch thick.Season with cayenne, black pepper, and salt on both sides of chicken breasts dredge in flour.
