This is the perfect Chow Mein. Add chicken or pork or even shrimp or leave it the way it is! Warning... there will be no leftovers so make extra if you want a yummy lunch for the next day :)
1/3 cup soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon brown sugar, packed
2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger
1 teaspoon Oyster sauce
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1 package fresh Chow Mein noodles
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 bag of coleslaw
