12 Rhodes Cinnamon Rolls, thawed but still cold
Cream Cheese Frosting, included with rolls

Once your cinnamon rolls are thawed, cut each roll into 4 or 5 pieces and drop the pieces into a sprayed 9x13 baking pan.
Distribute the rolls evenly in the pan.
