Filling:
2 Tbsp Fat free cream cheese ( softened )
1/8 tsp Vanilla extract
1 Tbsp Splenda
1/2 Cup carrot ( grated )
1 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ginger powder
