This incredibly Easy Holiday Fudge is always the Christmas favorite. You can’t go wrong with this treat.

1½ Cup Sugar
½ Cup Margarine (do not use butter)
1 (5oz) Can Evaporated Milk
1 (7oz) Jar Marshmallow Cream
3 Cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
( the best quality you can find - this makes all the difference in the world - Please do not use generic or low priced dark chocolate. It contains too many paraffins & fillers)
½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
½ bag holiday M&M\'s

Marinated Taro Root

A marinated snack that can be used to replace late night bad habit cravings!

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  1. Wash the taro roots well.
  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
