Easy Homemade Caramel Sauce

Smooth, creamy caramel sauce that cooks in just 5 minutes!

3/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
2 Tbsp water
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1-2 - 3/4 cup evaporated milk
