Easy Homemade Granola Bars

Simple & easy to make these homemade granola bars. Tastes even better than what you find in the store - no preservatives.

3-1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cups peanuts - rough chopped
1/2 cup raw honey
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
