Easy Indian Prawn Soup

This easy Indian prawn soup has a delicious flavour and can be cooked within minutes. When I\\\'ve created this recipe, I was thinking about the first time I tried prawns at a local Indian restaurant. It was a fantastic experience that makes me smile every time.
2 Kilos Fresh Prawns
1 Red Pepper
1 Small Onion
3Tsp Coriander
1Tsp Mixed Spice
4Tsp Curry Powder
1Tsp Paprika
2Tsp Ginger Puree
1Tsp Garlic Puree
1 Lime (juice and rind)
4Tbsp Greek Yoghurt
100ml Fish Stock
Salt & Pepper
1 Red Pepper
1 Small Onion
3Tsp Coriander
1Tsp Mixed Spice
4Tsp Curry Powder
1Tsp Paprika
2Tsp Ginger Puree
1Tsp Garlic Puree
1 Lime (juice and rind)
4Tbsp Greek Yoghurt
100ml Fish Stock
Salt & Pepper
Peel and dice the onion. Dice the red pepper. Place them both in the soup maker along with the prawns (making sure that any shells are removed).
