2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil

CHICKEN CURRY SAUCE:
3 tbsp peanut, corn, or grapeseed oil
1 tbsp garlic, grated
salt
chili powder (optional)
1 bell pepper, sliced (can use any color or a mix)
1 onion, peeled and sliced
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
1 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp curry powder
