Easy Italian Meatballs


These meatballs are perfect for those nights that an easy meal is needed. You can make these ahead of time and freeze them, and then when needed, pop them into the oven and cook em’ up! I make large ones as our main meat for dinner, or you can make them smaller for spaghetti and meatballs, or for an appetizer. These are always a huge hit in our house – my boys ask for them on a weekly basis, and they are so simple to make.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
