1 tomato ( chopped )
1 red bell pepper ( seeded, chopped )
1 large stalk celery ( thinly sliced )
½ onion ( diced )
¾ cup water
1 tsp cumin powder
1 (½ tsp) chili powder
Salt, pepper ( to taste )
¼ tsp garlic powder ( optional )
