Easy Lemon Cream Cheese Tarts have the rice flavors of cheesecake, but with a lighter, creamy filling in a graham cracker crust tart.

8 oz cream cheese ( room temperature )
1/2 cup sour cream ( room temperature )
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 lemon ( juice and zest )
1 package Keebler Ready Crust Mini crusts
1 tbsp butter ( melted )
