Easy Marinated Bocconcini

Marinated in an olive oil and herb mixture, these Easy Marinated Bocconcini are simple, delicious and no dishes are needed to make them. Serve them as an appetizer or add them to your next cheese board!

200g of cocktail bocconcini (approximately 19 pieces)
½ tsp. of salt and pepper
¼ cup of extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp. chopped parsely
zest and juice of 1 lemon
¼ tsp of dried red chilli flakes
½ clove of garlic, grated
Drain the bocconcini. In the container the bocconcini came in or a small bowl whisk together all other ingredients. Add bocconcini and mix to combine. Let marinade at least an hour but preferably overnight...
