Simple and delicious No Bake Granola Bars that are easily adaptable to include your favorite add-ins!

4 cups quick cooking oats
2 cup rice krispies cereal
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup mini m&m\'s or mini chocolate chips
1/4 cup peanut butter or nutella (optional)
