For the Salad:
8 oz uncooked medium shells pasta
1/2 c diced broccoli florets
1/2 c frozen peas
1/2 c diced sweet bell pepper
1/2 c diced cucumber
1/4 c sliced green onions
For the Dressing:
1 c mayonnaise
2 T fresh lemon juice
2 T minced fresh basil
1 small clove garlic
1 t granulated sugar
kosher salt and pepper
