INGREDIENTS FOR CASSEROLE::
1 pound sausage ( Jimmy Dean, refrigerated roll )
8 eggs
2/3 cup milk
1 1/2 cups mild cheddar cheese
16 oz biscuit dough
2 cups sausage gravy
to taste salt and pepper
green onion ( optional, for garnish )
INGREDIENTS FOR GRAVY::
grease ( from sausage )
2 tablespoons butter ( bacon grease )
1/4 cup flour
3 cups milk
