4 slices bacon
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
14.5 oz diced tomatoes
1/2 cup chili sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 t. pepper
1 lb. peeled and deveined shrimp
