This easy Shrimp Scampi recipe is bursting with the rich flavors of garlic, butter, lemon and herbs! Toss the shrimp and sauce with plenty of pasta for a meal that looks elegant enough for entertaining, but is ready for the table in less than 20 minutes. Don't forget a side of crusty bread!

1 lb. shrimp ( peeled and deveined )
3 T salted butter
1 1/2 t minced fresh garlic
1/4 c dry white wine
2 T fresh lemon juice
2 T minced fresh parsley

water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)
