Easy Smoked Brisket
Smoking a small brisket flat is an easy way to have some great barbecue!
3-4 pounds brisket flat ( fat cap intact )
1/2 cup beef broth
1/4 cup salt, pepper, turbinado sugar, smoked paprika
Inject the brisket flat with the beef broth. Use as much broth as the brisket will accept (about 1/2 cup).
