Easy Thai Chicken Salad

1-2 small chicken breasts, grilled or cooked any way you like, chopped
2-3 cups Salad mix (can also use romaine lettuce, chopped)
2 tablespoons Bangkok Padana Peanut Sauce (found in regular grocery stores in the Asian aisle)
Lime juice
1/4 cup sliced almonds
Grill or cook chicken breasts then chop. Put salad in bowl, add chicken and a squeeze of lime juice. Add the Peanut sauce and sliced almonds on top. Mix and enjoy!
