We cannot stress enough how delicious this amazing dessert is. Vegan Banana Bread smells like cinnamon and bananas mixed together :)

Banana Bread:
280 g spelt flour
2 tablespoons coconut flour
4 ripe bananas
100 g coconut sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
75 g melted coconut oil
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
Topping:
1/2 banana (sliced)
40 g chopped raw almonds
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line your loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
