Khyati's Health-O-Meter Says:

A healthy indian style egg masala with low carbohydrates and fat and lots of spices and veggies.

For the spice paste:
1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
1 pinch Turmeric powder
Salt as per taste
1/2 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1/2 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
3 boiled egg whites
For the base:
1 tsp Oil
1 pinch Hing
1 Chopped Onion
1/2 tsp Chopped garlic
1/2 tsp Chopped ginger
Pinch Turmeric
1/2 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Cumin powder
to taste Red chilly powder
to taste Salt
1 Chopped Tomato
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp Lemon Juice

Step 1 Mix together all the ingredients of the spice paste.
